(Azar smoking???)

Still haven't signed the new drug policy agreement. There have been a couple of girls who went ahead and signed it, but Azar and myself are holding out. Unfortunately, management has not pushed us to sign it, nor have they even mentioned anything further about it. Hmmmmm, I think this was more about pulling a power trip on us vs. being genuinely concerned about implementing a drug policy.

Will keep you apprised of any developments.
